AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINE FOR PET BOTTLES.

The reference DEV – EMB is ideal to pack PET bottles in bags and Pallet; it is equipped with sealing system by fast healing resistance to guarantee an automatic and hermetic seal when packing the bottles. This equipment can be configured for different packaging matrices and with variable speeds of each of its component movements. Through a 7’’ full color touch screen. These equipment reach pack speeds up to 8000 units per hour, depending on container format and characteristics. Besides, includes recipes for easy label configuration of various containers references.

EQUIPMENT

  • This equipment is a modern and robust design, controlled by a PLC and a HMI that has the capacity to manage recipes to be able to store in memory the operating values of different products, which speeds up the change of format between the different packages or presentations.
  • The bottle displacements on the table are guided by an arm, which is handle with a servo motor, this guarantees the accuracy in the displacements and acceleration/deceleration ramps that allows to minimize the falling bottles.
  • The discharge table has vertical adjustment oriented by a gear motor, controlled through a screen touch, this translation guarantees to work in different cardboard thickness of palletizing.
  • It possesses temperature control for sealing regulation.
  • It has alarm system.
